Overview
Universe Juice is committed to bringing light into the lives of those affected by traumatic experiences. Inspired by our founder's personal journey, we aspire to facilitate powerful healing by connecting individuals with those who played a crucial role during their time of need. In doing so, we aim to underscore the profound impact and life-changing nature of first responders' work.
We invite you to submit an application to be reunited with your first responders or individuals for whom you provided care. We hope your experience will be as healing and powerful as ours was.
Please note that all participants will be required to sign disclaimers and waivers prior to engaging in the reunion and related activity.

The applicant must be 18 years of age or older. For requests involving participants aged 17 or younger, a (custodial) parent or legal guardian must submit the application. The incident in question must have occurred within the United States. Both the participant and/or legal guardian are required to agree to the waivers and disclaimers provided during the application process.

1. Initiation of Application: One of the involved parties initiates the online application, agreeing to disclaimers and waivers. This includes a statement confirming that the reunion request is made with good intentions, and the requesting party acknowledges that other involved parties may choose not to participate.
2. Application Review: Universe Juice staff reviews applications, with acceptance contingent on verifying the incident.
3. Identification of Parties: Upon acceptance, Universe Juice conducts research to identify the parties involved.
4. Contacting Parties: Each party is contacted to gauge their interest in participating in a reunion event.
5. Waivers and Rules Agreement: Participating parties must sign appropriate waivers and agree to the rules of engagement.
6. Reunion Planning: Universe Juice collaborates with participants to plan the reunion.
7. Press Release: A press release may be sent to local media announcing the event.
8. Photography and Videography: Reuse and reproduction of such may be used for promotional purposes, encompassing, but not limited to, social media, the Universe Juice website, and press materials.

The application process, incident research, participant search, and reunion event planning are provided as complimentary services to our clients. Reasonable costs, at the sole discretion of Universe Juice, linked to the reunion event, including light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages for a limited number of participants at a local venue will be covered by Universe Juice. In the event that either party requests a larger gathering or travel is necessary, participants will be responsible for associated costs such as gas, travel, lodging, food, beverage, or other such expense.

Because of our personal journey, we at Universe Juice understand that completing certain details in this application may evoke strong emotions. However, the more comprehensive your responses, the more likely we will be able to fulfill your request. While Universe Juice is committed to addressing as many applications as possible, factors like the volume of applications, challenges in connecting with other parties, their decision not to participate, or unforeseen circumstances may impact our ability to complete every application received.
Before completing this application, please ensure you meet the following guidelines and qualifications: applicants must be at least 18 years old; requests for participants aged 17 or younger must be placed by a (custodial) parent or legal guardian; participants must reside in the United States, and the incident must have taken place in the United States; and all reunion participants will be required to sign disclaimers and waivers prior to engaging in the reunion and related activity.
